The product development team is in constant contact with the market, both in terms of the adviser community and capital markets. Understanding both the dynamics of the adviser sector and the technical and legal requirements surrounding financial instruments and derivatives gives our business its distinctive edge. We have a 70-strong panel of adviser firms with an involvement in structured products and this team is active in proposing new product solutions and in screening ideas at the pre-market stage.

The result is a continual flow of growth and income products all designed to offer combinations of attractive potential outcomes for investors with security of capital.
All our products are backed by Barclays Bank and we lead the market in standards of transparency. The aim is to ensure all investment solutions meet a defined market need and we also create bespoke products in association with adviser groups where the demand statement is clear and authentic.
In addition Barclays Wealth has an established team of regional Business Development Managers who provide a personal service to those advisers with an in-depth involvement in structured products.
